RROLL

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This is a template pending review by legal counsel. It is not yet a binding document.

This policy describes what ROLL Mobility Ltd. collects during driver registration and how it is used.

What we collect

Profile details (name, phone, city, languages, tags, photo); identity-verification results from our KYC partner Didit (document data, face-match and liveness scores); the license and insurance documents you upload; and your vehicle's status in the public national registry.

Why we collect it

To verify that every ROLL driver is a licensed taxi driver — a legal requirement for paid passenger transport in Israel — to operate the platform, and to meet our regulatory obligations.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our processors (Supabase — database and encrypted file storage; Didit — identity verification) under data-processing agreements. Documents are private and access-controlled; they are never shown to riders.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact privacy@roll.taxi. Verification records that the law requires us to retain are kept for the mandated period.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors above, with authorities where the law requires, and with riders only what the app is designed to show (your public profile).
