Driver Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

This is a template pending review by legal counsel. It is not yet a binding document.

These terms govern participation in the ROLL driver platform operated by ROLL Mobility Ltd. ("ROLL"). By registering as a driver you agree to the following.

Eligibility

You must hold a valid Israeli taxi driving license (class D1), a taxi operating license (zchut tziburit) for the vehicle you drive, current vehicle registration and compulsory insurance, and remain in good standing with the Ministry of Transport for as long as you drive with ROLL.

Verification

You authorize ROLL to verify your identity through our verification partner (Didit), to review the documents you upload, and to check your vehicle against the national public-vehicle registry — at registration and periodically thereafter.

Your profile

Your name, photo, tags, rating and fare offers are shown to riders. You are responsible for keeping your profile accurate and your documents current. Expired documents suspend your account until renewed.

Fares and commission

Fares run on the official taxi meter in accordance with Ministry of Transport tariffs. ROLL charges a flat commission on completed rides, published in the driver app. Payouts are transferred to your registered bank account.

Conduct and termination

ROLL may suspend or remove drivers for safety violations, fraud, document irregularities, or sustained poor service. You may leave the platform at any time; obligations for completed rides survive.
